CANFAR challenges you to Go Red!

This year, in honour of 30 years since the first medical diagnosis of AIDS, we are launching our annual Red Ribbon campaign revamped with a new name and look for this anniversary year!

We are inviting you to Go Red for CANFAR in whatever creative way you wish! For the month of November, you can fundraise and spread awareness in order to help us fund vital HIV and AIDS research projects across Canada!

Here are a few helpful suggestions:

• Hold a bake sale with proceeds going to CANFAR

• Host a buy-in casual Friday or a themed dress up day at your business dedicated to Go Red

• Sell red ribbons at your school or office with proceeds going to CANFAR

• Sell CANFAR t-shirts at your school or office

• Throw an office or group party/event dedicated to raising funds for Go Red (eg. A company bowl-a-thon)

• Wear a red tie or t-shirt to support the Go Red campaign

• Think of something creative and let us know what you are doing to Go Red. Send us photos, videos or written testimonies letting us know how you are Going Red to END AIDS and we'll post them on our website.

We want to see how many different Go Red participants we can get across Canada! So, get out there and Go Red. Let's show the world that Canada cares. Let's Go Red and END AIDS!
