So far our communications team has been busy accomplishing milestones related to different projects and events happening within CANFAR. One such event includes AIDSbeat, an annual battle-of-the-bands put on by some of the top tier law firms in Toronto. Chris has been developing a strategy to reach our digital community, while updating us all on AIDS research information and fun events! (Be sure to follow us if you want to stay informed). The beautiful designs you see on all of our event promotional materials were created by our wonderful Kay. And the words you are reading right now have been written by yours truly (you're welcome, Earth).
It has been a positive experience to work together and see how our skills can interconnect to produce something so appealing! For example, writing the copy for a poster that requires a design, and then publicizing it to the world!
